Very disappointed by this company. Book direct with Eco Tours instead as you pay a huge mark up going through this operator. My issues with unsafe accommodation whilst travelling were met with a rude response. They hadn't even been to the accommodation they put me in. Very unsatisfactory. Borneo is great - but in my opinion, don't book through this agent.
